The race was a complete success thanks to the hard work of all the volunteers and donations by Deanie’s Restaurant, Party Planet, The Beachcorner, and Cafe du Monde. Entire families, along with their dogs, turned out to participate in the friendly atmosphere of the Carmel family. This year DOGS were in the spotlight. From daschunds to greyhounds, the dogs were in force. WHY? Once again, we gave out DOG awards, and we had fun doing it. After running for twenty-five years, the day proved that we are still going strong!
