Men of Mount Carmel:

On Tuesday March 13 we will have our next meeting in the FEMA cafe (across the hall from the cafeteria) beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Our special guest speaker is Dawn Brown from Channel 4.  We will follow our regular format of a brief background, some comments and questions from the audience.  It is an important meeting as we will be addressing the Spring Fling and Crawfish Cookoff also.  Our renowned Kitchen Krewe will be using the new cafeteria facilities for the first time.  This means I will not be cooking Papa John's Pizza!

This is also to put everyone on notice that the First (and only) MOM Fish Fry for Lent will be taking place on Friday, March 16.  For the old guys, good time, great food and nice little fund raiser.  This too will be discussed at the meeting.  Please email back and let me know if you plan on attending so we can let the Kitchen Krewe know ahead of schedule how many to plan for.  We may also have some 5 minute speakers (other than Dawn Brown), so plan on being on time.  Board Meeting at 6:30 as usual.  See you on Tuesday.
