Breakfast with St. Nick - Set up the day before, working at craft tables, assisting with cafeteria staff in serving food.

Father/Daughter Banquet - Help is needed to prepare flyers, sell tickets, organize tables, distribute tickets to students, and set up and decorate at the hotel.

Application Day - Date for prospective MCA students to confirm applications. Help is needed for set-up and to serve refreshments.

New Student Meetings - Welcome meetings for new students to MCA. Volunteers are needed for refreshments set-up.

Career Day - Come spend a morning with the girls sharing information about your profession. Parents, alums, and friends are invited to participate in this special day for the girls.

Easter Egg Hunt - Set up the day before, working at a craft table, assisting with cafeteria staff in serving food.

Spring Fling - Major fund raiser in spring features a patron party, live and silent auctions, food and drink, and entertainment. Volunteers are needed at every level.

Crawfish Festival - Fund raiser which features music, food, drink and entertainment. Volunteers are needed at every level.

Mothers' Mass and Social - Mass and Co-Op social open to all MCA moms. Help is needed for set-up, clean-up, donation of door prizes, Eucharistic ministers, readers, and finding musicians for Mass.

CCSCC Representative - Attend CCSCC (Council of Catholic School Cooperative Clubs) meetings and informs Co-Op members of activities/decisions of the Archdiocese.

Crafts Boutique - Help is needed to make crafts to be sold at the annual Fall Fest Boutique Booth in November.

Faculty Dinners - Dinners are provided for faculty members on progress report nights, open house, back-to-school night, faculty Christmas party, etc. Help is needed for set-up, pick-up, and delivery of food items.

Publicity and Scrapbook - Annual committee that supplies Co-Op information to the newspapers and then gathers that information for a scrapbook to be given to the CCSCC. All Co-Op news is needed for this scrapbook. Volunteers are needed to scan daily newspapers for MCA Co-Op news and to help chairmen get information into newspapers. Creative help is needed to collate gathered information into scrapbook to be judged by CCSCC.
