OPTION 1: Return your registration form via E-MAIL
1. Open the registration form (Word doc) and type your data into the form.
2. Save the form on your PC and then email it (as an attachment) to Finances@mcacubs.org
OPTION 2: Return the form by mail, fax, or in person:
1. Open the registration form (Word doc) and type your data into the form -OR- print the form (PDF file) and complete it by hand.
2. Bring a printed copy of the completed form to the school office, or fax it, or mail it to:
