The 2004-2005 Bowling Team was a great success this year.  The members did a fantastic job representing Mount Carmel Academy, with a great effort put in by both teams.  The teams competed every Wednesday at the All Star Lanes in Kenner.  There were many other schools entered into the competition.  The teams competed from the end of September until early April.

"Bowling is a great way to meet new people and have a good time.  I learned sportsmanship and how to work together as a team," says Junior Courtney Roberts.
The Bowling team won first place in the East Bank Regional High School Division.  Senior Allison Kirzner says, "Bowling this year was amazing.  I'm so happy we were able to come together as a team and work our way up to the top.  My final year of bowling could not have been better."

Captain Nikki Smuck said, "I had a wonderful time this year and I learned many new techniques that helped me become a better bowler."
