In mid November, the aquatic Cubs traveled to Sulphur, Louisiana for the 2006 Division I State Championship. And on November 18, the team splashed past its nearest competitor, Saint Joseph's Academy to win the state title. It was reminiscent of their last bid for the title when the Cubs won the state championship in 2004.
