McCADD is committed to spreading awareness of the dangers, direct and indirect, of drug abuse.  Students in the club positively oppose all illegal drugs and underage alcohol consumption, as they lead to the destruction of once-hopeful teenage lives.

McCADD upholds the self-worth of each student at Mount Carmel and around the world and hopes to lessen or eliminate the chance of injury due to drug use.

Members practice and encourage healthy and safe, drug-free lifestyles.  McCADD organizes and executes the annual project  McCADD. . .on Wheels!  that carries its message to area elementary schools.
